Desiccants and Molecular Sieves

Advanced Desiccants are high density and high adsoptive capacity with a crush strength of 30 lbs and abrasion loss of 0.2%-.5%.
Available in two mesh sizes 2.5 X 4 (1/4") or 4X8 (3/16)./ Other sizes are available by request

In simple terms, using a premium product with a high crush strength has the following advantages.

Minimizes channeling, yielding more efficient use of the entire desiccant tower
Reduces pressure drop, allowing more pressure downstream to do the work
High crush strength means less bead damage and dusting when filling the towers.
Longer operating life
Low abrasion ensures less dusting during transport and loading.
Minimizes downstream valve and filter plugging common with inferior desiccants.
